Who are we?

The Burnley and Pendle quiz league are the oldest local general knowledg league covering the wide area of Burnley and Pendle. Stretching from Foulridge to Rosegrove, Padiham to Blacko and Briercliffe to Barrowford we cover a large area in a very competitive league.

The rules are simple, two halves of four rounds of 8 questions, half the round are individual questions the other half are team questions.

The teams play on a home and away basis one on one over the duration of the season. Normally the team with a bye for any week sets the quiz for that week.

The league has two leagues per year, nominally Summer and Winter .
